The lots for sale are all in one development and are the result of years of careful research into finding good clean title with beach access and good access to utilities and airstrips, with easy access to USA and Nassau. We have travelled high and low - to the Berry Islands, Abaco, Andros, Exumas, Rum Cay, San Salvador, Crooked and Acklins Islands, Cat Island, Inagua, Turks & Caicos, and more - to find you this land. However we do not encourage speculative buying. A buyer should buy with a long-term view of clearing and building their lot and enjoying growing with a small community who have owned land here for decades, but retain privacy and seclusion. Ideally purchasers will build their own little home or vacation villa, which could then be rented out in your absense (for a nominal permission fee payable to the Bahamas Government).
